Merlesse is a brand new restaurant located in the picturesque Han-sur-Lesse. It offers a fine dining experience for everyone. Merlesse is supported by star chef Benoit Dewitte and his brother Bernard.

Over Benoit & Bernard Dewitte

The brothers opened the restaurant Benoit and Bernard Dewitte in Zingem twenty years ago, in 2012 they achieved a Michelin star together. In 2018, Benoit Dewitte was number 45 in the list of fifty best chefs in the world, last year he won the award for “vegetable dish of the year” from Gault & Millau. Now it is time for a new challenge, they support our Merlesse team. Benoit also composes the menu and Bernard provides a customized wine list.
